Food was great we tried their pizza and a steak bomb. Despite some negative reviews stating the steak was bland I found it to taste pretty good with plenty of topping. The pizza was a Jezzy Pezzy which was a all cheese pizza, I added pepperoni. Very hot very cheesy and very good. Found the service a tad lacking when the pizza came out I was never given a plate or silverware. Also had to walk to the counter to get our own boxes for Togo. The bill on other hand was brought to the table. The atmosphere was good, it is clearly a local dive. The servers seem to know most people that came in while we were eating. When I did interact with the servers it was friendly. Overall I will come back and try other food at this restaurant.

I wanted a steak and extra cheese with the fixings I craved for ( hot peppers and olives was on bucket list. Jitto's did just that! I got delivery and punctual. I live pretty far from them. My sub was just Perfect. Reminded of my so called college service days. I thank ALL from the chefs ( cooks ) to me u are chefs ok.. and all who helped with the order ..And Door Dash. Thank U very much ! U have no idea how grateful I AM. GOD BLESS U ALL! 🙏😇

We've only been a few times, but oh my goodness it's delicious!! Tonight my kids enjoyed perfect chicken tenders and sweet potato fries. My husband had a steak sub, which I stole a bite of, and it was incredible. Best I've ever had. I got a toss salad with Buffalo chicken. All the veggies were fresh and they put the chicken in foil with the salad, which I've never seen a place do, but it was much appreciated and helped keep the chicken hot and veggies cold. Everything was even better than expected. Highly recommend 👌

I've eaten here many times over the past few years and it's been mostly good food with decent service. Lately however, the service is terrible. I called just now to place an order, and was "greeted" by the most rude and disrespectful employee to ever pick up a phone. When I asked to place an order for pick-up she said "*SIGH* can you hold on a second!?" as if I had done something wrong. I said okay and waited. When she came back she said "*SIGH* CAN I HELP YOU!?.. HELLO!?!?". Needless to say I said "No" and hung-up. It was clearly an older woman who couldn't give less of a damn that I was trying to support a local business. If you can't handle your job of taking orders at a fast food joint, find another line of work. I'm sure she was just happy not to have to take another order. This was not at a peak time, and I was more than polite to this woman. Not sure if she was the owner or hired help, but either way it was gross. I'm not one to make a big deal out of someone having a bad day, but this was so blatantly hostile, I'm never going back to them. You lost a good household of longtime customers.

The say they're the "Home of the Steak Bomb" but let me add that they're the home of the BEST cheesesteak I've ever had. It truly was Super. If you haven't been here yet, I'll let you in on something: There's actually STEAK in it. Deliciously seasoned to boot. I only order pickles on my steaks (see pic) but I have no doubt that the bomb or any variant you order will be the best ever. I love the hometown feel at the bar and the old school features such as Dart and Fantasy leagues, Golden Tee, kid's corner with books and toys...something for the whole family. The service is just as awesome as the food, atmosphere that all together make Jitto's a destination.
